Reviews from people
who actually use the tool.

User reviews are opening in stages. These are the standards every review on CloudCare will meet, written down before the first one is published.

Reviews are
opening in stages

Today CloudCare lists tools with their agentic scores. Review submission is built and rate-limited; verification and reviewer profiles come before reviews are shown publicly. Until then, no listing shows a review count or star average from CloudCare users.

What every review
must meet

  • A real user.Reviewers confirm they use the product, and we check that use before a review shows a verified badge.
  • No fake reviews. No reviews written by vendors, their staff, or agencies, and no reviews by people who never used the product.
  • No AI-written reviews.Reviews are written by the reviewer. Text generated to pass as a real experience is removed.
  • Incentives disclosed. If a reviewer received anything for writing, the review says so, and incentives never depend on a positive rating.
  • Negative reviews stay.Vendors can reply and correct facts. They cannot remove honest criticism.
  • Scores stay separate.Reviews inform buyers; the agentic score is measured on the product. Neither can be bought.

Aligned with the
rules on reviews

These standards follow the US Federal Trade Commission rule on consumer reviews and testimonials and Canada’s Competition Act provisions on misleading representations, including fake reviews, review suppression, and undisclosed incentives.
